grilled chicken club – avocado, bacon, lettuce, tomato with whole grain mustard aïoli

sweet coconut fried prawns with mango, cucumber and greens, sesame-citrus vinaigrette

grilled polenta with mushrooms, tomatoes, wilted greens and balsamic glaze

herb marinated chicken breast with potato gnocchi and wild mushroom-truffle oil ragoût

Last week my team from work embarked on a road trip to Napa to visit some stores and see our product in action (and stop for a glamorous lunch at Celadon, of course). I am totally inspired to try and learn how to make gnocchi! Anyone know of a fool-proof recipe?

    i hate you make me that food. all i ever eat is soup and granola bars.
